Who we are
Ķēriens is a service of Telegram bots: Ojārs (cheap flights), Imants (apartments) and Gunārs (used cars). Data controller: TBD: company name, registration number and address. Contact: TBD: email.
What we keep when you use a bot
Your Telegram chat ID, your first name as shown in Telegram, and your language setting, so we know whom to write to and in which language.
Your searches (for example “Volkswagen up to €8,000”) and when you want to hear from us.
When you started using the bot.
Which deals we already sent you, so you never get the same one twice.
An unfinished setup conversation, so you can pick it up again. We delete it after 7 days.
We don't keep your phone number and we can't see your other Telegram chats. What you type to the bot is only used to understand what you're looking for.
The website
The website uses no cookies. To know how many people visit, each page view sends our server one signal with the page address and the domain you came from. We keep nothing about you: no IP address, no identifiers, and no third-party trackers.
When you try a bot on the page, your filters are sent to our server to show matching deals. They are not linked to you.
When you tap “Start for free”, the search is kept under a random code until you open it in Telegram, for at most 7 days.
What you write in the request form is kept with its language and time. Your IP address is only used briefly to stop spam and is not stored.
Where the data lives
Bot servers and database: Cloudflare, in Europe. Website: Vercel. Messages are delivered by Telegram under its own privacy policy.
Listings come from ss.com: we keep only the facts (price, year, rooms and so on) and the link, never sellers' contact details. Flight prices come from the Aviasales partner programme (Travelpayouts). A link to Aviasales takes you to their site, where their terms apply.
For how long
For as long as you use the bot. Change or delete searches any time with /searches, pause everything with /stop. If you block the bot, we stop writing.
To delete all your data, send /delete to the bot: after you confirm, we delete everything we keep about you in that bot.

To provide the service you asked for, and to protect it from abuse.
Payments
We don't take payments yet. When we do, this page will say who processes them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to its use by writing to TBD: email. You can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
